The Kuna are the indigenous people of Panama.
Indigenous, means they are the first people to ever live in Panama.
Panama is a tiny country that connects North America and South America.
A Mola is a panel of textile work made of layers of fabric. Traditionally the images are of plants, animals or abstract designs. Kuna women wear molas as part of their blouses.
Each mola is created with lots of brightly colored lines, shapes, and patterns.

2 different colors of 9"x12 Construction Paper
Oil Pastels
Scissors
