Below you will find the staffing structure for Rainbows @ St Silas. All staff are Paediatric First Aid trained and have taken part in Food Hygiene training. The Designated Safeguarding Lead is Mr R Morris, who has full DSL and Safer Recruitment Training. All staff are aware of and able to support with the early identification of SEND. All staff receive annual Safeguarding training, PREVENT training and half termly supervisions.

Key Person
All children within our provision will be assigned a Key Person. This person will closely monitor your child's settling in period and ensure their needs, interests and next steps are planned for.
Our key person system is not just for the children. It is also to provide parents and carers with someone to share information, concerns and worries. You can speak to your child’s key person at any time. The key person role is very important in developing positive relationships and we give high priority to making and sharing time for our families.
