If you’re referring a client to an agent outside of Relive, you’ll need to use one of the referral agreement templates provided below. These agreements ensure you’re legally protected and help you collect your referral commission once the deal closes.
Instructions
Only use these agreements when referring clients to agents who are NOT part of Relive.
Referral commission percentages are negotiable. However, a standard referral fee is typically 25% of the gross commission earned by the receiving agent.
Both you and the receiving agent must sign the agreement before the client is introduced.
Once signed, email a copy of the agreement to our back-office team at support@reliverealty.com for tracking and compliance.
