“Being a Speech-Language Pathologist for Relate & Grow over the past two years has been such a joy and a privilege. The flexibility that this job allows has not only helped me grow as a therapist, but has also allowed me to have an excellent work/life balance which is truly difficult to find in a job as an SLP. I love the children that I’ve had the opportunity to work with and have found so much joy in knowing them and their families over the past two years. I couldn’t recommend this job enough to anyone who is looking for a flexible job with management who truly cares about you.”

“I first met Monica Lott, director of Relate & Grow, after my son was diagnosed with Autism in 2017. Our family seeked out early intervention programs that we could begin with our son. Being an early childhood educator myself, the PLAY Project method, implemented by Relate & Grow, was very enticing with the focus on building up the child’s developmental foundation while supporting families. We found it difficult to find services for our son in our area. We had been asked to leave a childcare facility and we were overwhelmed with an Autism diagnosis. Monica and her team knew just what to do and were quick to provide support and guidance to our young family. We worked for two years with our consultant, who joined us in our home and trained my husband and I to be our son’s therapist. The program focused on our son’s strengths and building up his developmental foundation with the primary goal of having fun with people.
I was so impacted by this program that I joined Relate & Grow as a consultant under supervision in 2020. I have worked with Monica through my supervision process to become fully certified as a PLAY consultant. Monica has guided me as a parent and now professionally as I learn this new role. I am excited to be a part of this program, and can’t wait to see it grow to support even more families.”
