I believe I may be being discriminated against

CNU does not tolerate discrimination. Discrimination is inequitable treatment based on an individual's protected characteristics or statuses that excludes an individual from participation in, denies the individual the benefits of, treats the individual differently or otherwise adversely affects a term or condition of an individual's employment, education, living environment, or participation in an educational program or activity

Protected statuses includes: race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, sexual orientation, gender identity, marital status, military/veteran status, political affiliation, and any other status protected by law.

If you have concerns that you are being discriminated against in any way at CNU, contact our Director of Title IX and Equal Opportunity by email or at 757-594-8819. Currently, this contact person is Michelle Moody. She will ask questions to understand what has happened and in what ways you are worried you may be being discriminated against. She will then coordinate to get you connected to any support services you may need, and will conduct an investigation.
