ALUMNI TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS

If you are an Alumni please complete the following Alumni Record Release.  We will send your transcript to the requested college(s) or organization(s) within 24-48 hours.

**Please note if you need an OFFICIAL/CERTIFIED transcript, this must be sent directly to the college or institution from our office. Transcripts sent to you are considered unofficial**
