9:00 - 9:30 am Arrivals & Check-In
10:00 am - 12:00 pm Welcome & Activity 1 (Choice of Paddling, Yoga/Fitness, Fly Casting, Hiking)
12:00 - 2:00 pm Leadership Lunch - Keynotes, food & community building
2:00 - 4:00 pm Activity 2 (Second choice of Paddling, Yoga/Fitness, Fly Casting, Hiking)
4:00 pm Wrap and Off-Site Happy Hour
