This year will be my third year teaching in the Redmond School District. Last year I was here at Tom McCall and the year before I taught 2nd grade at Sage. This is my 21st year of teaching and I have taught grades 2-6 in Oregon, California, Wisconsin and Minnesota.
Of all the grades I have taught, I love 4th grade and the fun things we learn, and being a mustang at Tom McCall is one of the best places to be!
I live with my family in Bend. My daughter, Lucy, is a freshman at UO and my sons, Garrett and Aidan, are in 9th and 10th grade at Mountain View High School.
I love to explore the outdoors. Here I am kayaking with my dog, Fozzie Bear. I also have a cat and an albino leopard gecko. When I'm not hiking, mountain biking, floating the river, walking or doing yoga, I love to read or cook.
