Support the Guest Teacher with the homework exercises (suggest exercises, sharing, do a follow-up)
DURING THE CLASS

Ideally after 15 minutes of the class or if there if it applicable, after the break
Monitor students engagement & interaction
Keep and eye on live questions in the Zoom chat
Ensure that each student is given time to ask a question and get response
Support managing breakout rooms
Help the students and facilitates the hands-on practice time in class
AFTER THE CLASS
Collect and document all feedback
Gathered the feedback in the Course Sheet
Ideally share it both in the Slack Teachers Team Channel bot
CLASS COVERAGE
The minimum participation requirement for each session is at least 3 teachers. If you want to join certain class because you are interested in the topic, feel free to do it, the more the merrier!

If you're assigned to any of these roles, your attendance is crucial as the team relies on you for effective class coverage. In the event you can't make it, please check the Course Sheet for team availabilities and notify the team about any changes ideally as soon as possible, and at least 48 hours prior. Check if someone marked as "Available" can cover your place.

If you're not designated with any role and you want to join, it's indeed true that the more, the merrier! We aim to foster an environment of collaborative learning and explore various approaches to problem-solving, making your ideas and active participation highly valued. If you ever need to update your status, please do so promptly once you know your availability. Always check if the class has a minimum of 2 teachers before making any changes. Your commitment to maintaining an optimal team size is greatly appreciated!

Our main goal at DCP Team - ReDI Team is to encourage teams to operate organically, autonomously, and independently.
The roles mentioned here are suggestions for better class management; however, the tasks of the Guest Teacher and Teacher Supporter are essential for the documentation and continuous improvement of our courses and team work.
