Organisational spreadsheet

• • Please sign up on the organisational spreadsheet 2-3 weeks ahead of the class you wish to teach so we know who is available

  • If you cannot make it (up to one week in advance) tag @channel on Slack and ask for a substitute. Don’t Slack Carys instead inform your teaching team!

• If you cannot make it (two days to actual class day)

  • Tag @channel on Slack and ask for a substitute

  • Inform the ReDI team ASAP

  • If no Slack reply on same day > contact Carys

In order to facilitate the coordination process and to make sure to offer the best possible experience for everybody, we would like to share these requests with you. Please:

• Be reactive on Slack and Google Calendar

• Reliability: please inform us if you cannot make it at anytime

• Share your feedback --> the more honest, the better!
