At the end of the course, students are required to develop a project in small groups and to present it in the final class, the "Class Demo Day".
The goal of the project phase is for learners to apply the skills and knowledge they learn throughout the course and to boost their job market integration, or anyway support their future development in the field they are studying.
Why do we have this project phase?
Work in groups and develop soft and communication skills
Move from theory to practice
Showcase the skills learnt along the course
Present knowledge to the community
Receive feedback from teachers
Add a project to your portfolio
Practice project management
Project scope (depending on the type of course):
In depth extra research on one topic discussed in the class
A application of concepts learned in class to the real world (i.e small prototype)
Project Setup at the end of the course:
Students work in groups within the last classes classes and also outside of classes.
Projects vary, and are decided and proposed by the teachers at the end of the course based on the level of the students and interest in the topics taught.
Projects are small enough to be achievable by the students in the given time.
Presenting a project (10-15 minutes presentation per group) is a mandatory step to receive a ReDI Certification of Achievement at the end of the course.
