Project-Based Learning: Over 18 weeks, engage with four distinct projects, each spanning four weeks. Work independently and receive ongoing feedback from coaches and peers. You learn through working on projects instead of listening to lectures. You will be crafting a lot :)
Weekly Milestones: Commit 14 hours each week to a specific milestone where you implement a part of the project.
Weekly Sessions: Participate in three weekly sessions: an Input session for learning new concepts, a Peer-to-Peer session for exchanging feedback, and a Support session for guidance from coaches.
Content: You have plently of material and explanations to work on the milestone. You keep the access to the material also after the bootcamp.
Difficult? Yes, crafting and learning how UX/UI is not easy but we believe everyone can learn it. Working on the milestones will be challenging. But crafting is all about making mistakes, finding the bugs and learning through them. Let's grow together!
User Research:
Your Project: You will work on the project individually. At the end you have your own first User Research conducted!
Milestones: As you can see above, you have four different milestones. The first milestone starts with planning the research. In the second week you conduct a competitive analysis. In the third and fourth milestone you conduct user interviews and usability testing. The fourth milestone is a bonus one which is optional.
Time: Every week you spend around 14 hours developing the milestone.
Support: You receive lots of support to progress with your project and weekly milestone. You participate in peer-to-peer sessions where other students give you feedback and in support sessions where the volunteer coaches help you progress.
