Red Flag Sim Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how BLUEDOT Inc. (株式会社ブルードット) (“we,” “us,” or “our”) processes information in connection with the mobile application Red Flag Sim (the “Application”).
The Application uses selected Unity Gaming Services to provide player authentication, cloud saving, player profiles, leaderboards, game progression, virtual inventory, remote configuration, and in-app purchase functionality.
We do not sell personal information. The Application does not currently use advertising services, behavioral analytics services, cross-app tracking, or push notifications.
1. Information We Process
1.1 Account and Authentication Information
The Application uses Unity Authentication. An anonymous player account and a unique Unity Player ID may be created when the Application connects to online services.
Users may also choose to link or sign in with a Unity Player Account to preserve their account across devices. Depending on the login method, Unity may process:
Unity Player ID;
Installation-specific identifiers;
Authentication, session, and access tokens;
Login status and account-security information;
Unity Player Account information;
An email address if the user chooses an email-based Unity Player Account.
Authentication credentials are processed by Unity. We do not receive or store the user’s password.
1.2 Technical and Service Information
Unity Gaming Services may automatically process limited technical information required to provide and secure its services, including:
IP address;
Approximate location inferred from an IP address;
Installation or device identifiers;
Device platform and operating-system information;
Application version;
Network request and service-access information;
Limited crash, error, or diagnostic information associated with service operation.
The Application does not request or collect precise GPS location.
1.3 Player Profile and Gameplay Data
The Application may store or process information associated with a player account, including:
Player display name and call sign;
Selected country, avatar, and profile appearance;
Game settings and cloud saves;
Flight time and gameplay records;
Training and mission results;
Pilot qualifications and certification records;
Scores, rankings, and leaderboard entries;
Career experience, rank, and progression;
Achievements, medals, collectibles, and unlocked content;
Aircraft, liveries, modules, and other owned content;
Virtual currency balances and virtual inventory;
Other information required to maintain game progress and account consistency.
Some information may also be cached locally on the user’s device.
1.4 Public Profile and Leaderboard Information
Certain information is intended to be visible to other players through public profiles and leaderboards. This may include:
Display name;
Call sign;
Selected avatar or appearance;
Selected profile information;
Leaderboard scores and rankings;
Public achievements, qualifications, or progression information.
Users should avoid entering their real name or other sensitive personal information into public profile fields.
1.5 In-App Purchase Information
Payments are processed by the Apple App Store, Google Play, or another applicable platform. We do not directly collect or store payment-card numbers, bank-account details, or complete payment credentials.
To validate purchases, issue purchased content, restore purchases, process refunds, and prevent fraud, we and our service providers may process:
Product identifier;
Transaction identifier;
Purchase receipt or verification data;
Date and status of the purchase;
Refund, cancellation, or revocation status;
Player ID associated with the transaction;
Ownership and entitlement records.
1.6 Information Provided Through Support
If a user contacts us, we may receive:
Email address;
Message contents;
Player ID;
Device, application version, and troubleshooting information;
Information required to investigate an account or purchase issue.
We use this information only to respond to the request, provide support, verify purchases, or process privacy and deletion requests.
2. How We Use Information
We process information to:
Authenticate players and maintain account sessions;
Save and synchronize game progress;
Operate player profiles, rankings, and leaderboards;
Manage progression, qualifications, achievements, and collectibles;
Provide virtual inventory and purchased content;
Process and verify in-app purchases and refunds;
Deliver application and store configuration;
Operate secure server-side game functions;
Prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and duplicate claims;
Diagnose service errors and maintain reliability;
Respond to support and privacy requests;
Comply with legal and platform requirements.
3. Services Used by the Application
The Application currently uses the following services:
3.1 Unity Gaming Services
Unity provides services used for:
Unity Authentication and Unity Player Accounts;
Unity Cloud Save;
Unity Cloud Code;
Unity Economy;
Unity Leaderboards;
Unity Remote Config;
Unity In-App Purchasing.
These services may process information on our behalf in accordance with their service terms and privacy practices.

3.2 Apple App Store
On Apple platforms, Apple may process information relating to application distribution, purchases, refunds, subscriptions, account security, and platform operation.

On Google Play platforms, Google may process information relating to application distribution, purchases, refunds, account security, and platform operation.

4. Advertising, Analytics, Tracking, and Notifications
The current version of the Application:
Does not display third-party advertising;
Does not use Unity Analytics or another dedicated behavioral analytics service;
Does not send custom behavioral analytics events;
Does not track users across applications or websites for advertising;
Does not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising;
Does not use push notifications or collect push-notification device tokens.
The Application may still process limited technical information through essential Unity services as described in Section 1.2.
If these practices change in the future, we will update this Privacy Policy and request permission where required.
5. Information We Do Not Request
The Application does not currently request access to:
Precise geographic location;
Contacts;
Photo library;
Camera;
Microphone;
Health data;
Payment-card or bank-account details.
6. Information Sharing and Disclosure
We may disclose necessary information:
To Unity, Apple, Google, and other service providers required to operate the Application;
To process purchases, restore entitlements, or handle refunds;
To protect accounts, users, and the Application against fraud or abuse;
When required by applicable law, regulation, court order, or government request;
In connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or transfer of the Application or related business.
Service providers are expected to process information only for applicable service purposes and according to their contractual and privacy obligations.
We do not sell personal information.
7. Legal Bases for Processing
Depending on the user’s location, we may process information:
To perform our agreement with the user and provide the Application;
For legitimate interests such as service security, fraud prevention, support, and reliability;
To comply with legal obligations;
With consent where consent is required by applicable law.
8. Data Retention
Account, cloud-save, profile, gameplay, progression, leaderboard, inventory, and entitlement data may be retained while the player account remains active or for as long as needed to provide the Application.
Purchase, refund, fraud-prevention, and transaction-verification records may be retained for the period required by law, platform rules, security requirements, or legitimate business purposes.
Support communications are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to resolve the request and maintain appropriate records.
9. Account and Data Deletion
Users may request deletion of their Red Flag Sim account and associated game data by contacting:

Please use the subject “Red Flag Sim Data Deletion Request.”
We may ask for the Unity Player ID or other limited information needed to identify the account and verify the request. We will never request an account password or complete payment information.
Deletion may permanently remove:
Cloud saves and game progress;
Player profile and public profile;
Leaderboard entries where deletion is technically and legally available;
Flight, training, and qualification records;
Progression, achievements, medals, and collectibles;
Virtual currency and virtual inventory;
Unlocked content and account-linked settings.
Some transaction or security records may be retained where required by law, platform requirements, fraud prevention, or purchase verification. Records independently retained by Apple, Google, or Unity are governed by their respective policies.
We will process verified requests within the period required by applicable law.
10. Children’s Privacy
The Application is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If a parent or guardian believes that a child has provided personal information through the Application, they may contact us at support@redflagsim.com. We will take reasonable steps to investigate and delete the information where appropriate.
11. International Data Processing
Because the Application uses international service providers, information may be processed or stored outside the user’s country or region.
Where required, information is transferred using safeguards recognized under applicable law or according to the service provider’s applicable data-protection terms.
12. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information associated with the Application.
However, no internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
13. User Rights
Depending on applicable law, users may have the right to:
Request access to information associated with them;
Request correction of inaccurate information;
Request deletion of information;
Restrict or object to certain processing;
Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
Request information about how their data is used;
Submit a complaint to an applicable data-protection authority.

14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the Application, its services, or legal requirements change.
The revised policy will be published on this page with a new effective date. Material changes may also be communicated through the Application or official website where appropriate.
