Additional Licenses
Do you have a real estate license in any additional states? If so, all of your licenses* must be hung with Redfin or placed on inactive even for states you do not plan to do work for Redfin in.
All licenses must be affiliated with Redfin and must comply with the rules of each state they are licensed in.
Now that you have finished affiliating with Redfin in the state you will be working in, you may now begin affiliating other licenses. Use the menu on the left to navigate to the other state you need to affiliate in. If the state you need isn't on that list, please contact your CRC.
If you don't have any other licenses, simply click next to proceed.
FAQs
Can I go back and forth between markets and work in every state I have a license in?
AAs are not allowed to jump between markets/states.
Will I have to be a member of the board and MLS in each state I have an active license in?
It depends. Some states require you to have a REALTOR® membership while others don't. You will need to comply with the requirement of each state you hold an active license in.
Can I still receive referral fees from the other states I have a license in even if I don't refer customers to Redfin?
AAs can receive referral fees when their referral completes their first deal using Redfin. They will not be allowed to receive a referral fee from non Redfin brokerages even in cities or states where Redfin doesn’t work.
