Agile Overview REV-Up

Goal: Teach core Agile concepts and transfer the following skills to a new team (or existing team unfamiliar with Agile):

· Story writing
· Working knowledge of Product Owner, ScrumMaster and Team Member roles
· Working knowledge of Agile Ceremonies, including Backlog Refinement, Release Planning, Iteration Planning, Stand-Up, Demo and Retrospective.
· Key differences between iterative and plan-driven approaches

Includes:

Whole-team Agile training for two days, on-site; agenda tailored based on interviews, e.g.:
· Focus on team understanding of stories before commitment
· Focus on tying up loose ends each Iteration and starting clean
· Help team handle unplanned work (Kanban vs. Scrum)

Iteration Planning REV-Up

Goal: Improve an existing Agile team’s predictability, productivity, and quality while decreasing lead time.

Includes:

On-demand 1:1 coaching for the team’s:

Team Backlog coaching for two iterations
Observation and recommendations for the following ceremonies:
·       Refinement/Grooming
·       Iteration Planning
