The Technology Department is available to support families who might experience issues with Chromebooks or have technology problems.
If a student experiences an issue with a Chromebook, the student should try some simple at-home troubleshooting steps such as:
-- Restart the device
-- Hold the power button for 30 seconds
-- Power on using the power cord
-- Let the Chromebook battery die or fully discharge
-- Leave the Chromebook plugged in overnight

1. Please complete the Distance Learning Technology Support Request form.
2. We will contact you by email or phone and try to resolve the issue.
