Day Camp

Digital Citizenship Day Camp is a full-day learning opportunity for 5th Grade classes in the Modern Learning Space at Central Office. It will be held each Tuesdays throughout the school year. Available Dates are listed in the registration form. Space is limited to 30 students (1 class) per day.

Students will be immersed with tools they need to in order to safely navigate the internet.

In the afternoon, students will create either a short internet safety video or a cyberbullying poster. Students will share what they learned at camp about being a good digital citizen with their school.

Materials are available in English and Spanish. Transportation and lunch will be provided by IM&T.

In the morning, students will take part in several NetSmartz activities with themes including cyberbullying, internet safety, privacy, security, relationships, communications and their digital footprint.
