ParentVUE/StudentVUE allows caregivers and students to monitor academic progress, attendance, assignments, grades, course history, and other educational information anytime, day or night.
Caregivers and students can access ParentVUE/ StudentVUE in a web browser or with the app. We recommend using Chrome, Edge, or a Safari web browser. DO NOT use Internet Explorer
Go to https://rcsvue.rochester.k12.mi.us in your web browser, or open the mobile app.
Click I am a parent.
Click Activate Account/Reset Password.
Click Activate Account.
Read the Privacy Statement and click I Accept.
Enter your Name and Activation Key. Enter the name exactly as it appears in our student data system and click Continue to Step 3.
Choose a username and password (at least 6 characters), provide an email address, and click Complete Account Activation
Go https://rcsvue.rochester.k12.mi.us in your web browser, or open the mobile app.
Click I am a parent or I am a student, as appropriate.
Enter your username and password (students enter their school username and password), and click Login.
Parents can obtain their student’s credentials in ParentVUE. Be sure to use the app or Chrome browser. Click here for directions
If you need a ParentVUE activation letter, please contact rcsvuehelp@rochester.k12.mi.us and include your information along with your child's name and school.
Please contact the Student Enrollment Department and they will be able to assist you
Caregivers can reset their own password (password must be at least 6 characters in length and cannot be the current password).
Click Forgot Password.
Enter the email address that is registered with your ParentVUE account, click Send Email.
Open the email and select the Click here to change password link.
Enter the First Name and Last Name exactly as it displays in the account.
Enter New Password and Confirm New Password. Click Change Password.
Yes, your ParentVUE login will give you access to each of your children. If you are not able to access all of your student(s), please contact the Student Enrollment Department and they will be able to assist you
For questions on class schedules and teachers, please contact your school.
ParentVUE uses pop-up windows. Make sure your internet browser is set to allow pop-ups.
You will need to wait until the school accepts or rejects your submission for all students. Once that is done, you can submit again. If it's just updates to your own phone numbers or email, that can be done in the My Account tab in ParentVUE anytime.
Yes, only one residing home parent needs to have a ParentVUE account in order to complete the Online Emergency Card process.
No, not at this time.
Although it is possible to access ParentVUE on certain mobile devices, some functionality may not work. As a result, mobile devices are not recommended at this time and our ParentVUE Support Team will not be able to troubleshoot mobile related issues.
