You should have received an email from Resort Conference Centre (mailer@payhoa.com) indicating you had been added to the PayHOA account for RCC. If you did not receive your email, check your junk or spam folders first. If you still do not see your activation email, let us know at admin@rccgulfshores.com.
Follow the instructions in the email message to setup your account.
Depending on how your AppFolio account was setup, couples or multiple owners of a unit may receive either one joint account activation or separate account activations for each person or party.
After you have setup your account, you can login to the platform with an easy-to-remember link: http://owner.rccgulfshores.com
Once you've logged into the platform, you'll be presented with your Unit Dashboard home page.
If you own more than one unit, you'll be presented with your Account Dashboard page.

Clicking our RCC logo will always bring you back to your dashboard.
NAVIGATION LINKS
Dashboard: The home page of the platform.
Documents: A filing system of categorized documents for owners to search and view.
Requests: Use this link to submit and track general requests, maintenance requests, and architectural requests.
Violations: Any unit violations will be listed here with their status. Also use this section to identify any actions you take to remediate a violation.
Message Board: These boards are similar to Facebook but offer access to all owners. Owners can choose to adjust their notifications in their settings.
Help Articles: These general articles are provided by PayHOA and may not 100% reflect how we are using the platform. If you ever have a question or if a help article doesn't align to what you are seeing, email admin@rccgulfshores.com for assistance.

The tiny icon to the left of the Resort Conference Centre line in the upper right (on a desktop vs. mobile phone) is a link to your Account Dashboard (your profile) and your Account Settings.

IMPORTANT: "Invoices" for your HOA dues will arrive via email from Resort Conference Centre (mailer@payhoa.com) around the 25th of each month.

If you are mailing a check or using your bank's BillPay feature, please be sure to consider transit time and target your payment to arrive close to the 1st of the month to avoid the potential of a mail delay and a 10% late fee applied per bylaws. Some BillPay processes can take up to 10 days to deliver!
Manual options involve a paper check being sent in the mail. All payments and correspondence should now be mailed to:

MAIL YOUR PERSONAL CHECK
OWNER COST: $0
Print the PDF of the monthly invoice you will receive via email on or around the 25th of each month.
Make the check out to Resort Conference Centre. In the memo field, put RCC and your unit number (such as RCC 1111).
Cut off the bottom coupon slip, and mail your check with the coupon to the address shown above.
BILLPAY FROM YOUR BANK
OWNER COST: $0 (Unless your bank charges you for BillPay)
It's even more important to ensure your unit number is in the memo field as there is no coupon involved.
If you currently use BillPay with your bank, please be sure to update the mailing address to the correct address.
Schedule delivery to arrive close to the due date to avoid mail delays and potentially arriving late.
Two electronic options (ACH or CREDIT/DEBIT CARD) require setting up a payment method within PayHOA.
In the upper right corner, click the small icon to the left of the words Resort Conference Centre (26549), then click Account Settings.
Click the Wallet section. You can add your bank account for ACH, or a credit (or debit) card for paying via card. Continue below.
ACH BANK DRAFT
OWNER COST: $1.00 TRANSACTION FEE
After clicking Add Payment Method, select US bank account.
Find your bank and connect using your credentials. If you are uncomfortable using your bank credentials to setup the bank payment, there is an option to manually use your bank routing number and account number instead.
Smaller, local banks may take up to two business days to setup for ACH.
Click Save Payment Method when you are done.
CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD
OWNER COST: 2.90% + $0.30 cent processing fee per payment
After clicking Add Payment Method, select Card (it may default to the Card section).
Enter the details of your debit or credit card.
Click Save Payment Method when you are done.
AUTOPAY
Before setting up Autopay, ensure you add at least one electronic payment method first using the steps outlined above.
Autopay will pay all outstanding invoices on the due date (generally the 1st of the month), up to the maximum amount you set.
The monthly maximum amount is for your protection. This is the most that autopay will cover on your behalf monthly.
If you choose to use Autopay, be sure to set the monthly maximum high enough to cover the TOTAL of any potential monthly payments (HOA dues, insurance assessment payment, etc.)
PayHOA brings some enhanced opportunities for communication between owners and management, and between owners and owners!
REQUESTS
Owners will have the ability to submit general requests, maintenance requests, and architectural requests directly from their dashboard. Both the property manager and the board will have access to these requests.
EMAIL
Of course, you'll receive email from the system. It will come from Resort Conference Centre (mailer@payhoa.com) ... add this to your contacts and whitelists to ensure you don't miss anything! Always check your junk or spam folder if you think you're missing something.
PHONE and SMS/TEXT BROADCASTS
PayHOA is bringing us the ability to broadcast (one-way to owners) audio messages via phone and text messages to mobile devices. Register 859-687-6879 as "RCC Broadcast" in your contact list so you will easily recognize incoming messages. Both phone and text are broadcast out to owners only ... no inbound capabilities.
MESSAGE BOARDS
We are going to test the use of Message Boards, which has a similar functionality to Facebook but ALL owners have access. Use them to reach out for availability, buy/sell/give away items, share local news, etc. You can set notifications in your Account Settings.
