Teacher's Niche

Transition

In the last two years we have realized that life is one big transition. The year 2020 brought a huge change in everyone’s life and educational institutes across the world had to undergo a drastic change in the teaching learning process. Switching from offline mode to online mode wasn’t easy for the students as well as teachers.

But as they say’ Change begins at the end of your comfort zone’. Each one had to adapt to this change even though they had to undergo their share of struggles in adopting the new technology. Each one tried their best to master the computer skills, be it the students or the teacher. Being home and learning was conducted because there was no other option.

Students, teachers as well as parents have been eagerly waiting for the school to reopen’. Now each one is hoping for the traditional teaching-learning mode. ‘Hope is being able to see that there is light despite of all the darkness’. As soon as the government permitted the reopening of the schools, the students were most happy as they would be able to interact with their friends, classmates and teachers in person. Though this seems to us as back to a normal situation, we can say it's a Transition.
