Ron is a charismatic people focused leader who has been working with and developing some of the best known and loved hospitality brands all around the world.
Born and raised in Los Angeles California, Ron forged his career in the kitchen as a classically trained chef and had worked as Executive Chef in many fine dining establishments and groups in the UK, Europe and the US.
In the past 20 + years, Ron has held Executive and C-level positions in such groups as Wagamama, Whitbread, Bill’s and Selina.
Ben has spent the last 15 years in the hospitality sector across Procurement, Project Management and Commercial roles. He learnt his trade at The Restaurant Group PLC, before graduating into leadership roles within Bill’s & Ivy Restaurants.
More recently he has taken directorships at Selina, a global experiential hospitality company, and Sisban, a Saudi Hospitality Investment Fund. Over his career Ben has managed over £500 million of direct and indirect food and beverage spend; developed and established long term global collaborative supply chains for both large and small hospitality businesses and has directly been involved in over 150 restaurant openings.
