All of NST horizontal tanks are built to order can be customized to your specifications. Fitting changes, flanges, linings and exterior finishes, high pressures are all available but current lead times will apply.

Standard features:
Designed for storage of potable water up to 180° F (82° C)- All tanks are constructed and certified in accordance with ASME IV, Part HLW for 125 PSI (862 kPa).
Lined with Niles Steel Tank’s Ultonium®– applied to the interior surface of the steel providing a tough wear-resistant lining which minimizes the effects of high temperature hot water.
Manways required on all tanks over 36” diameter (reflected in pricing) and are optional on 36” diameter and below.
9″ Saddle Height on all horizontal tanks- Taller saddles are available and allow for easier access to areas under the tank.
Lifting Lugs
Red oxide primer is standard on all tanks.
5-year limited warranty on steel tank covers tank failure resulting from defects in materials and workmanship.
10-year limited warranty on steel tank with double glass lining covers tank failure resulting from defects in materials and workmanship. Double glass lining is not an inventory item (built upon request).
All horizontal tanks (bare as well as jacketed and insulated) are shipped with saddles attached, unless requested otherwise.
