Ensure that the computer is accessible so the tech has a safe and easy place to work.

What if i need to add to already existing scheduled service?

Contact me as soon as possible to allow for proper tools and products for arrival.

What if i don't want a tech in my home performing a service for me?

You can schedule a time for pickup and a tech will grab the computer and take it then, it will be returned within a certain window of time.

We are located in Hanover PA, we are a traveling business.

What if i need to cancel my service?

You will still be charged the diagnostic fee for scheduling and canceling.

We accept PayPal and cash.

Non refundable deposit, what is that?

The way it works, you pay $25 which is a deposit for the service. Which is non-refundable no matter if the job is complete or canceled.
