Pollinator Garden

Location:

The Pollinator Garden is located in front of the Martin Science Building. This garden has two yellow Butterfly Benches (designed by Melissa Pasierb, '17) and many native species of plants!

The Pollinator Garden was first initiated by Allison Brooks, '18, and has since been expanded during Earth Day celebrations. Pollinator species, which are species of wildlife that are able to pollinate flowers, congregate at this garden because it is full of plants that provide food and shelter for them. The most common pollinator species are insects and butterflies, which can be identified using the Local Wildlife Guide!

Randolph's Campus has recently been given the Bee Campus USA certification! The certification was given in 2016, and states that Randolph is able to host a variety of pollinator species on campus! For more information on Randolph's Bee Campus USA certification, click here!
