Can your stretch the elastic bands far enough to go over an object. This activity is good for strengthening your child's fingers and this helps their pencil grip.

You can dye pasta by mixing it with food colouring, then just leave it to dry before you use it. Your child may like to make a pasta necklace by threading it onto some string or wool.
