At this time, CBP is no longer accepting any new appointments for asylum processing.

Unfortunately, due to this change, many individuals might find themselves in a vulnerable situation, and there is a risk that people could try to take advantage of you financially by offering fake services related to these canceled appointments.

Please be cautious and double-check any service providers that offer to help with appointments or claim to have special access to the system. Do not pay anyone who promises to secure a spot for you or charge you for these canceled services.
