Privacy

While we do record the user email address of those who use GFlows, we do not record any other personally identifiable data. Email addresses are not shared with any other third party.

GFlows does request for access to both Gmail and Google Drive. These permissions are only used to manage the document itself and provide functionality related to version control and email notifications. We do not access any emails or other documents outside of the workflow process. At this time, Google does not offer a more granular security/access model to only utilized specific functions within this areas.

Use, Obligations and Support

At this point in time we are committed to offering this GFlows tool ("the Service"), however we assume no legal responsibility for its misuse by end users, nor do we make any guarantees of its quality or reliability. Because GFlows utilizes Google authentication and security, the potential failure of this tool generally poses no privacy risk, but we cannot offer a 100% guarantee of this.

While we make every effort to ensure its functionality, GFlows is ultimately software where things may break and need to be fixed from time to time. We welcome all users of our tools as partners in their development and refinement, but we ask that you engage with us with the following norms when seeking our support:

Do not expect to get free consulting services on how to use GFlows or general product development or software implementation practices. Please do not ask for us to consult beyond the time required to troubleshoot something that is not functioning as expected unless you are proposing to pay us for this time.

GFlows is a tool that provides the means to route documents for approval. The Service is being made available as a tool to help enhance processes. However, we are not responsible for any issues arising from the use of any data provided by the Service. You as the end user are ultimately responsible for the data used to plan and operate your business.

We do offer pricing plans to provide additional features and enhanced support. The goal of those pricing plans is to make GFlows a sustainable service. Please remember that the Service is linked to and in some cases limited by the infrastructure provided by Google. Changes by Google on this infrastructure might change the product and the features the Service can provide.

In addition to all other terms and conditions contained herein, you shall not and shall not permit others to:

  • copy, modify, adapt, translate or otherwise create derivative works of the Service;
