Design and develop tools, templates, or mini dashboards to help the sales team monitor and evaluate leads more effectively.
Support the creation of scoring models or visualizations that help prioritize high-potential leads.
Maintain a very good relationship with other stakeholders (legal, finance, sales team) in order to help them provide all data compliance
Help Sales Support and Strategy Officer on day to day data and documents related to other stakeholders
Do follow up to salespersons regarding all overdue school collections along with the needed docs
Do staff monitoring and manage admin dashboard to make sure the data is very well aligned
Do school Offer Letter monitoring from all packages while aligning with the pricing and discount schemes
Minimum bachelor degree in any field (Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration, Economics, Management are preferred)
Good SQL ability - should possess core skills in querying and data processing
Experience with Python and Basic Web/No-code Tools (e.g., Google Apps Script, Airtable, Zapier) would be a plus
Skilled in working with Google Workspace (Spreadsheet, Docs, Slide)
Have a good stuctured and logical way of thinking and working
Have strong abilities in daily operational update
Have strong interpersonal and communication skills
Self-driven, meticulous, and agile with good sense of data monitoring
Comfortable working at start-up pace, environment, and way of problem solving
Have high initiative, fast learner, and a team player
Creative and have a good time management
Focus on giving positive impact as working result
