Quinlan ISD Police Explorers

Post 356 - Club 903

The Quinlan ISD Police Department, under a charter with Learning for Life, sponsors the Quinlan ISD Police Explorer Post #356. The purpose of the Explorer Post is to create future leaders and law enforcement officers while giving young adults an opportunity to train for a career path in law enforcement.

Membership is open to young adults 14 to 20 years old interested in a career in law enforcement. Membership is primarily meant for Ford High School students and for Ford High School graduates who have been members for at least one year. However, students from area high schools and Quinlan residents who have graduated high school are welcome to apply and will be considered on a case by case basis.

Post 356 meets each Monday night from 6pm to 9pm, usually at W.H. Ford High School in Quinlan. Persons interested in joining the post are permitted to attend up to two (2) Post meetings prior to applying.

Membership Applications are available from Officer Allen at FHS or from any Police Explorer.
