You Are Not Alone
Join parents and caregivers as they bravely share their journeys through PMHDs, Traumatic Birth, Infertility, Pregnancy/Infant/Child Loss, and more.
No judgment, just solidarity and community.
Let's normalize the conversation and end the stigma together.
Hi, I’m Chelsea Myers (they/them) — a nonbinary stay-at-home parent of two, Blue Dot Ambassador, PSI Peer Support Group Facilitator and Peer Mentor, and the creator of Quiet Connection: Postpartum Mental Health Podcast.
My journey into parenthood was far from easy. I experienced birth trauma, a postpartum hemorrhage, and multiple severe perinatal mental health disorders (PMHDs). During my darkest moments, I felt completely alone, like no one truly understood what I was going through. That isolation nearly broke me.
Quiet Connection was born from that trauma, and from a deep desire to make sure other parents and caregivers never have to feel as alone as I did.
This community is a safe, judgment-free space for honest conversations about the realities of perinatal mental health, birth trauma, infertility, loss, and so much more. It's a place where stories matter, where people are heard, validated, and supported.
I’m a born-and-raised Vermonter (even though I hate the snow), and I’m endlessly grateful for the growing global community surrounding this project.
Together, we're breaking the silence, reducing shame, and making space for healing, one story at a time.
