Ang Pangkabuhayang QC Program ay naglalayong tulungan ang ating QCitizens na makapag-simula o palawakin ang kanilang mga negosyo. Bukod sa capital assistance, binibigyan din sila ng business training at networking session sa iba’t ibang partners ng programa na maaaring makatulong sa kanilang negosyo. 

Ang prayoridad ng programa ay Micro Entrepreneurs, Unemployed Solo Parents, PWDs, Returning OFWs, at mga nakapagtapos ng Livelihood o Entrepreneurship Trainings na isinagawa ng Pamahalaan ng Quezon City o partner organizations.

• Micro Entrepreneur

• Unemployed Solo Parent

• Persons with Disability (PWD)

• Returning OFW or Immediate Family Member of an OFW Household/Family

• Completers ng Livelihood /Entrepreneurship Training Programs (16 training hours o higit pa) na ININDORSO ng Quezon City Government, National Government o iba pang city-partnered training institution

Kung ikaw ay MICRO ENTREPRENEUR o VENDOR, ihanda ang alinman sa mga sumusunod (issued on or before application date):

MICRO ENTREPRENEUR: 

• City / Mayor's Permit (mula sa QC-BPLD)

• Nano Enterprise Permit (mula sa QC-BPLD)

• Certificate of Business Name Registeration o BNR (mula sa DTI)

• Certificate of Registration o BIR Form 2303 (mula sa BIR)

• Certificate of Incorporation (mula sa SEC)

VENDOR

• Hawker's (Vendor) Permit (mula sa QC-MDAD)

*Ang barangay clearance / permit ay hindi tinatanggap para sa PBQC Application

Kung ikaw ay SOLO PARENT. Ihanda ang valid Solo Parent ID o Certification mula sa Social Services Development  Department (SSDD)

Kung ikaw ay PWD. Ihanda ang valid PWD ID mula sa Persons with Disability Affairs Office (PDAO)

Kung ikaw ay OFW na nagbabalik bansa o MIYEMBRO NG PAMILYA NG OFW. Ihanda ang Certification or endorsement mula sa Public Employment Service Office (PESO)/ QC Migrant Resource Center

Kung ikaw ay TRAINING COMPLETERS ng Livelihood/Entrepreneurship Training Program (16 Training Hours o Higit Pa) sa Ilalim ng Quezon City Government, National Government Agencies, o iba pang City-Partnered Training Centers/ Institutions, Ihanda ang Certification o endorsement mula sa ahensya kung saan nagtapos ng training
