Our biggest dream yet!
The construction of the Tartan Track at The Recreation Grounds was completed in 2023.
But the development is still ongoing with the following upgrades still needed:
* Erection of Floodlights
To have proper floodlights installed around our newly developed Tartan Track. This would allow us to put in a bid to host a South African Schools Championship, which
would draw much needed income into our town and community.
* Development of an Electronic timing room with Photo finish and False start equipment:
To develop a photo finish room at the endline of the Tartan Track with the installation of an electronic photo finish system and false start system.
