Dr. Saif Alzabeebee is an Associate Professor in Civil Engineering at the Department of Roads and Transport Engineering, University of Al-Qadisiyah, Iraq and a Research Associate at College of Engineering of the University of Warith Alanbiyaa, Karbala, Iraq. He received a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Al-Qadisiyah, a Master of Science in Geotechnical Engineering from the University of Technology, Iraq, and a Doctor of Philosophy in Civil Engineering from the University of Birmingham, United Kingdom. His research interests include the analysis of soil–structure interaction problems, the design and analysis of buried infrastructure, numerical modelling of machine foundations and earthquake-related problems, and the application of artificial intelligence and data-driven techniques in civil engineering. He has published more than 100 papers in journals indexed in Scopus. He serves as the Civil Engineering Section Editor of the Al-Qadisiyah Journal of Engineering Sciences and is a member of the Editorial Board of the journal Transportation Infrastructure Geotechnology. He actively collaborates with researchers from leading national and international universities.
