Photos / Media Access
• Android 13+ (READ_MEDIA_IMAGES) – Allows the user to select and upload photos from their gallery.
• Android 12 and below (READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE) – Allows users to select and upload photos when using in-app upload features.


Access to photos is always user-initiated; the app does not automatically scan your device or access files in the background.

Location (Coarse / Fine) – Used only for location-based functionalities such as:
• Mapping
• Attendance or activity tracking
• Route or field activity reporting

Internet & Network State – Required to:
• Connect with remote servers
• Sync data
• Ensure real-time functionality

Google Services Framework Access – Used only for optional Google services such as:
• Maps integration
• Firebase analytics or notifications (if enabled)
