Here's to a great 2023-2024 school year!

I am so excited to be a part of the Queen of Angels community and feel blessed that God has led me here. I was born and raised in Midland, TX and then moved to attend the University of Dallas, a Catholic, liberal arts university from where I received a B.A. in Theology. After 11 years of teaching in the Diocese of Dallas, I met and married my wonderful husband, John, (who is also a teacher), moved to Pennsylvania and began teaching in the Archdiocese of Philadelphia a few years ago. I am certified to teach in many areas: 4th-8th Generalist, 4th-12th Math, 4th-8th Social Studies, 8th-12th History, and Gifted and Talented. In my free time, I enjoy reading, playing the piano, baking, cooking and traveling.  I love studying Math and Theology and have taken many outside courses, including graduate-level Statistics and Theology. During the summer, my husband and I often visit my family in Texas and have explored places such as Hawaii, England, Ireland, Spain, Italy, France and Mexico. The most interesting places I've visited were Alaska and Turkey. God bless us all as we live our faith together at QOA!
