In-District transfers
If you are currently enrolled in a school under Queen Creek Unified School District and want to switch/transfer to QCVA, please complete the following requirements, click on the links below:
QCVA Student Contact (7-12) Required for 7-12 grade students ONLY
QCUSD Policy Acknowledgement Form (Available in ParentVue)
Enrollment Packet WITH driver's license and current proof of residency (gas, water or electric bill)
*Only students residing outside our boundary - Open Enrollment Form (District boundary)

New to QCUSD
If you are new to QCUSD and are currently NOT enrolled in any QCUSD school, please complete the following requirements below, click on the links below:
Complete an Online Enrollment Application (Please create a new ParentVue account if you are new to the District)
QCVA Student Contact (7-12) Required for 7-12 grade students ONLY
Transcript from previous district (grades 9-12)
Enrollment Packet WITH driver's license, immunizations, birth certificate and current proof of residency (gas, water or electric bill). Complete packet if you are not enrolling via the online system.

Returning Student
If you were enrolled last year SY 2022-2223, and continuing with QCVA for SY 2023-2024, please complete the following requirements, click on the links below:

Device for Grades 9-12
QCVA families with students in Grades 9-12 are able to borrow a chromebook. Please review the document and requirements on the left. Walmart offer devices at a discounted rate and the QC library offers Chromebooks and hotspots to go. Please check the Device Information document for more information. High School 4 Year Plan
Here is the break-down of credits needed in order to graduate following a 4 year plan.
Important Information
If you currently reside outside of district boundaries an open enrollment application is required.
All students are required to attend state testing in the spring
In-person final exams are required for all secondary (7-12) students.
Students are required to log their time and submit weekly timesheets. Students not logging 25 hours per week will be withdrawn from the program.
