Visit www.duckduckgo.com.
Type your search in the bar and press Enter.
Open Google Chrome.
Click on the three dots at the top right.
Select "Settings".
Select "Duckduckgo com" in "Search Engine".
Close Settings and DuckDuckGo is now your default search engine.
Open Mozilla Firefox.
Click on the three horizontal lines.
"Make a choice."
Go to "Search".
Select "Duckduckgo com" under "Default search engine."
Close the Options tab and DuckDuckGo is now your default search engine.
Open Microsoft Edge.
Click on the three dots.
Select "Settings".
Under "On startup", select "Open a specific page or pages", add the URL of DuckDuckGo.
Scroll down, select "DuckDuckGo" as the search engine.
Close Settings and DuckDuckGo is now your default search engine.
Open Safari.
Click "Safari" in the top menu and select "Preferences."
Go to the "Search" tab.
Select "DuckDuckGo" next to "Search Engine."
Close Preferences and DuckDuckGo is now your default search engine.
