Absences due to illness:

If your child was absent or sent home due to symptoms commonly found with Covid-19 or other viral infections, in order to return to school, parents/guardians must submit one of the following:

* Home Test Kits:  Photos of student's test results must be submitted with the student's name and the date/time the test was read. This information may be written on the test cassette directly, or on a piece of paper placed next to the test cassette in the photo. Submission of a digital result is also acceptable. Test results submitted without this information will not be accepted.

Please email the test result or physician's note to our Health Technician, Monica Alexander, directly. You may also present this information in-person to our office staff. Remember to bring your student to our office for their Health Check-in prior to entering the gates on campus.
