Hi Seniors, we are looking for your input to build a "hit song" list for the Senior Prom this Saturday. Please watch your student email to add your favorite song to a google form.
Hello everyone,
There are still a couple of tickets left for prom and the final day of sales is tomorrow, Friday, April 30th. Therefore we are able to permit seniors to purchase a ticket for ONE date if they wish, on a first come first served basis. Date forms will be available in the main office for students to complete and turn in. (The form does not need to be turned in before the ticket is purchased) Here is the link to the form: Prom Guest Form
Please bring the completed guest form to the main office or send it to kgeorge@pvsd.org. The guest form must be approved before the guest will be permitted to attend the prom.
Students will need sign up for a pod (location) and a table via a Signup Genius. Students will be expected to stay with their pod throughout the evening (due to contact tracing guidelines). Student Pod and Table Sign Up.
“Under the Stars” Prom 2021 DATE tickets will be on sale starting Monday April 26th 8am thru Friday, April 30th or until the tickets are sold out. The cost per ticket will be $55.00 and can be purchased by SENIORS only. Tickets purchased by anyone other than a senior will be refunded. Tickets can be purchased through TicketLeap at the following link:

The 2021 PROM will be held outside under the stars at Sunnybrook Ballroom on Saturday, May 15th from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
Guests are allowed to attend but must complete the PVHS Prom Guest Form using this link to the form: Prom Guest Form

The cost per ticket will be $55.00 and can be purchased by SENIORS only. No outside guests are permitted to attend and no students in a grade lower than a senior are allowed to attend. The 2021 PROM will be held at Sunnybrook Ballroom on Saturday, May 15th from 6:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
Attention Disney Seniors: World Class Travel is processing our school refund, and they anticipate the funds being returned in early May. District office will then process individual refunds. Thank you for your patience

Senior Dates and Deadlines
Senior Dues = Feb 8th. $25
Senior Quote = Feb 12th by 3 pm. (Check your email for a link to submit your quote)
Disney Trip= May 22nd-25th (Sat-Tues)
Room request = Feb 12th. (https://forms.gle/kJjYoGk5t2HKdMqY9)
Final Payment/Last day to purchase insurance = Feb 19th
Prom = May 15th. (Details to follow)
Graduation = June 11th. (Friday)
1st. Day of practice = June 9th.
2nd. Day of practice/Senior walk/Picnic = June 10th.
Disney Reminder:
Just a reminder that our 4th trip payment is due on Friday, January 15th, the amount is $378 dollars. You may make your payment in the online portal or drop a check at the lockbox in the high school lobby.
Insurance reminder:You can purchase trip insurance any time AFTER Dec 10th up but prior to the final payment in February. If you decide to back out of the trip anytime up until 48 hours prior to the trip you can file a claim with the insurance company to receive up to 75% back of what you have paid.
If no insurance is purchased and you cancel between Dec. 10 and Feb. 26 you will be charged a penalty of $350. If you cancel after Feb. 26th the penalty amount could be as much as the full cost of the trip.
If, once we get closer to May 22nd, the entire trip needs to be cancelled due to issues with the airlines, disney, the quarantine conditions, etc, you will receive 100% of your money back, including the money you paid for insurance.

Final Senior Portraits Session will be held TODAY and Tuesday, September 15th on the Auditorium Stage. Please schedule your appointment with Lifetouch at www.ouryear.com (school code 36) or call 1-800-687-9327. Lifetouch has put in place all CDC recommended guidelines for taking the senior portraits. Please bring a tank top to wear under the drape poses or a dress shirt and tie to wear under the gown poses. Also, there is a $4.00 publication fee which is due at the time of the sitting.
