2. Pay Participation Fee
$200 due ASAP
Paid on HHS webstore (online) or at the HHS bookstore (in-person)
This fee goes directly to district and helps them pay for lifeguards, facilities, bus drivers and transportation, and even additional supplies like lane lines.
3. Pay Booster Fee
$250 payable by check or using Venmo. Venmo information: @Toby-Fox-4 (last 4 digits are 0076) or email coaches for mailing address for check.
This fee is what enables us to purchase swimsuits, polos, swim caps, and team shirts for each swimmer. It also helps us to pay for the end of season banquet.
4. Fill out the digital agreement form.
If you have multiple swimmers, please fill out the form individually for each -- it really helps us!
5. Print, fill out, sign, and submit the Transportation Forms linked on our website under the "documents and forms" tab.
Please be ready to hand these forms in to a coach at the beginning-of-season meeting on August 7th.
6. Add our beginning of season meeting to your calendar!
August 7th at 6pm in the Media Center at Horizon High School. It is very important that you try your best to make it to this meeting! The slides from this meeting are linked here.
If you are a club swimmer actively practicing with your club team, please complete the form in this LINK so we can best plan for you based on your existing training.
