Dear PMHS Community,

I am delighted to be the Assistant Principal of Pennsville Memorial High School! First and foremost, I would like to say I am truly honored to be a part of such a dedicated and hard working school community. It is important to me that our school community continues to work together and to provide opportunities for our students to help them acquire the tools to become productive citizens in an ever changing society.

As the assistant principal, I will highlight some of my core beliefs, in which I believe, will create and sustain the wonderful school culture, not only for the staff, but for the students and their families as well.

Support: I am here to support you. I will do all I can in order for you to provide a learning environment which is safe and conducive for learning.

Communication and Collaboration: I believe firmly in communication. My door is always open. If you have an issue, suggestion, or just want to talk, please understand that I encourage communication. Collaborative decision making will help to build a strong team.

High Expectations: I have very high expectations for you and the students, as I expect that you have for me and the school community.

Fairness and Consistency: I believe strongly in a principal who is consistent in all endeavors in the school.

School Climate: My promise to you is that I will always be positive and do all I can to make this contagious throughout the school. Professionalism is always expected.

Parental Involvement: I encourage you to touch base with them regularly when there are issues and when things are going well.

Professional Development: We all should be life-long learners and have sustained professional learning communities where the key focus is improving academic rigor and enhancing student achievement.

Students First: As we work together to make decisions, putting the students’ needs first will guide us in the right direction to help students become college and career ready.

I would like to thank you all in advance for your support, cooperation, and patience. I am looking forward to a wonderful school year.
