Nearpod

Nearpod is an interactive classroom tool to engage students by adding interactive activities to your lessons like polls, collaboration boards, and game-based quizzes. Students can interact and submit responses through any mobile device or laptop.

Navigate to www.Nearpod.com or open the Nearpod app on your iPad. When you get into the login screen, select the option to Sign in with Google. Use your Putnam City Google credentials to login. This will give you access to the paid features within Nearpod as well as the district library.

Creating your first Nearpod lesson is easy! Select which learning activites you would like your students to complete and add! You can use videos, slides, polls, drag and drop, virtual field trips and so much more!

If you aren't wanting to put together your own lessons right away or would like to use a lesson someone else has created, you might try checking out the district lesson library.

The beauty of Nearpod is that you can choose whether your students join a lesson live with you or if they complete the lesson at their own pace. Watch the video for more details.
