Who is Diego Brito?

Suiting up for Montverde's Center for Basketball Development (CBD) Gold team, Brito is playing in an environment loaded with elite talent and national competition and has continued to develop into a poised floor general who understands how to impact winning beyond the box score. His game is built on control, decision-making, and a strong feel for tempo.

Offensively, Brito excels as a table-setter who can score when needed. He handles the ball with confidence and precision, using pace and change of speed to create advantages rather than relying solely on athleticism. His jumper is reliable, particularly off the catch and in rhythm, and he has shown the ability to knock down pull-up shots when defenders go under screens. Brito is effective at attacking gaps, getting into the paint, and finishing with touch or kicking out to shooters when help collapses.
