As you sit down with your families and enjoy our Thanksgiving break, I want each of you to take a moment and really appreciate how far you’ve come this year. Gratitude isn’t just a holiday idea—it's a leadership habit. Strong leaders don’t just push forward; they pause, reflect, and recognize the people and opportunities that help them grow.

Be thankful for your teammates who stand beside you, for the challenges that sharpen you, and for the small victories that show your progress. A grateful mind builds a stronger attitude, and a stronger attitude builds a stronger leader.
