Pursuant to Ed Code 52060 on or before July 1, 2019, the Governing Board of each school district shall adopt a Local Control & Accountability Plan (LCAP) and Maidu Virtual Charter Academy Local Control & Accountability Plan (MVCA LCAP) using the template adopted by the State Board of Education. The LCAP is effective for three years with annual updates, must be aligned to the PUHSD's budget, and must include both district-wide goals and goals for specific student populations with the district.
