Mission: Communities In Schools is a national organization that ensures every student, regardless of who they are, their ability, zip code or socioeconomic background, has what they need to realize their potential in school and beyond. We work directly inside 3,460 schools and community sites across the country, hand-in-hand with parents, families and caregivers, helping them access important resources and support their children’s success.
What: Volunteers are needed to help read to 1st-3rd grade students at Arlington Elementary School.
Where: 7202 S Pine St, Tacoma WA 98409 (15 Min Drive)
When: Mondays and Wednesdays from 3:10-5:10 PM.
Commitment: Two hours a day; twice a week.
