UPDATE 1/21: Due to the school closures from extreme weather (1/20-1/21), registration for the 2025 Science & Engineering Fairs has been extended to Friday, January 24th.

Elementary:

Registration by sponsor teacher

Middle/High School:

Due 1/24

1. Create a student account on MySciFair.com
2. Upload a detailed research plan
3. Complete auto populated paperwork including entering an email from a family member and teacher sponsor. Fill out a risk assessment form if needed.
Please be ready to respond to any questions from the Review Committee.

Due 2/5

5. Upload the pdf of your digital presentation under "additional materials" in your MySciFair project account

Due 2/18

6. Create your physical poster board for the judge interview night on 2/18

D60 District Science & engineering fair

Get a nomination for the District Fair from your teacher
- Each D60 Elementary School may send up to 8 projects
Sponsor teachers will register projects by 1/24 1/22

SOCO REgional Science & engineering fair

By Friday, January 24th

Create a student account on MySciFair.com
- Video walkthrough (20 minutes, covers entire registration process)
- Make sure you have an email ready for your teacher and a guardian
Upload a detailed research plan
Complete auto populated paperwork including entering an email from a family member and teacher sponsor. Fill out a risk assessment form if needed.

Please be ready to respond to any questions from the Review Committee.
