DISTANCE LEARNING GUIDELINES/GUÍAS PARA APRENDIZAJE A DISTANCIA:

• Every day, your teachers will have structured opportunities for you to engage with the content and dive into learning. While distance learning will not be a minute to minute replacement of the school day, we have set a schedule for you to follow to give structure to your day and understand the need to complete work at different times during the day. The important piece of this distance learning puzzle is that you make sure to check in with your teacher(s) and keep up with your work weekly. If you have questions, please reach out to teachers and staff directly, but understand that teachers and staff will respond to your messages during regular school hours.

• Todos los días, los maestros tendrán oportunidades estructuradas para que se involucren con el contenido y que tengan acceso al aprendizaje. Aunque el aprendizaje a distancia no será un reemplazo minuto a minuto del día escolar, hemos establecido un cronograma que deben de seguir para darles estructura a su día y comprender la necesidad de completar el trabajo en diferentes momentos durante el día. La pieza importante de este rompecabezas de aprendizaje a distancia es que deben asegurarze de consultar con los maestros y mantener al día con el trabajo. Si tienen preguntas, comuníquense directamente con los maestros y el personal, pero comprendan que los maestros y otros responderán a sus mensajes durante el horario escolar regular.

• During work time, it is important to create a learning space where you can be successful. While every home has a unique set-up, it is important to try and remove as many distractions as possible. It may mean putting your cell phones away or keeping the television off during work time.

• Durante el tiempo de trabajo, es importante crear un espacio de aprendizaje donde puedan tener éxito. Aunqu cada hogar tiene una configuración única, es importante tratar de eliminar distracciones como sea posible. TECHNICAL SUPPORT FOR FAMILIES

As we shift to distance learning, we know families may need some technical support. We will have help desk support available starting Monday, April 13th from 9 AM - 12 PM and 1 PM - 3 PM.

• Students should use their PUC Google username and password to access Clever (http://clever.com/in/pucschools).

• For email support, email familytechsupport@pucschools.org. Please provide your full name, PUC Schools of attendance, and details of technical issue.

• For phone support, call (877) 590-0388. When you call for assistance, our team will take your name, contact information, document the issue, and schedule a time when our tech team can call you back.
