Nusrah Javed (she/her) is the senior marketing manager at Hay House, a division of Penguin Random House. She has worked in the publishing industry for over six years, as a wearer of all hats, from creating content, editing, advertising, and now finally to marketing. She is part of the 2023 cohort of the Robin Seaman Award, the funds from which she used to receive formal publishing training from Denver Publishing Institute. Her objective as part of the industry is to remove barriers to entry in the industry and to make it more sustainable in the evolving landscape.
