She is committed to driving DEI, belonging in our workplaces, and empowering others to be the best version of themselves. Nisha has years of experience in learning and development, DEI, and program management. She is a process creator with experience developing program structures to enable companies to support and empower people's development. Nisha is a certified executive coach and a certified professional with the Society of Human Resource Management.
